Our telephone number (02) 9609 2622 has been maliciously spoofed
First off, if you have been called by our number trying to sell you something or promoting some sort of scam, we do not cold call. We sincerely apologise for your inconvenience, but this matter is outside our hands at present as a rogue criminal operating overseas is impersonating our caller ID while calling Australian numbers. This is known as malicious spoofing.

Since this incident occurred, our phone lines have been bombarded by angry people receiving spam phone messages, but it’s not us making those calls. We are currently investigating what we can do, but so far to the best of our knowledge Australian Laws have not caught up with the criminals with respect to malicious spoofing, or using fake Call IDs from overseas and impersonating genuine Australian businesses or people.
We are still investigating what we can do on our end without resorting to changing our phone number. In the meantime we ask for your patience and please do understand that it is not us making the calls, but a criminal from overseas.
